After upgrading from Quickbooks Enterprise 2014 to 2016 last month, we have had the following problems: • 6123,0 error when opening files, even on the local Quickbooks server by the admin. This happens every 4 or 5 files we open, and the only way around is to hit Cancel and try again two or three times to access the file. • Quickbooks freezes a few times a day, especially in multi-user mode • The Quickbooks server reports an SQLANY 16.0 error every hour from 9:01 am to 4:01 pm We have Quickbooks server installed on a brand-new 2012 R2 VM that only runs Quickbooks on a brand-new Dell 730XD server with a RAID 10 SSD array. The same problems occur when I install Quickbooks 2016 on our previous Quickbooks server (running 2008 R2), or a Lenovo workstation on the same LAN. Quickbooks 2014 on the same VMs and on the Lenovo workstation does not have any of the above problems. A Google search shows a couple of results with users having the same issue when upgrading from Quickbooks 2015 to 2016, but not much else. The problem seems to be related to the Quickbooks 2016 database manager, since Quickbooks files stored on Dropbox and not associated with our Quickbooks server have none of the above issues. Is this a common issue? ![]() Have you seen it in the field? Any suggestions? . Hi frank86, QuickBooks Enterprise 2016 has been the most difficult version of the program I have ever worked with. When we upgraded from 2014 to 2016 it was on R3 and we installed it on the same Windows Server 2012 R2 VM we used for the 2014 version, but I saw the same errors you mentioned and many, many others as well. One day while speaking with an Intuit Support tech, they told me they couldn't provide support if the QuickBooks server was a VM. Mystery skull ghost. Autocad 2017 keygen. This was the first time I was told this after speaking with numerous other techs previously, but out of desperation we purchased a new server and migrated to it with great success (same Windows Server 2012 R2 OS). I know this isn't always an option, and migrating definitely isn't an easy fix, but I thought I would throw it out there in case it's something you can do. I can tell you it has been on the physical server since R3 and we're currently running R5 - I haven't had to mess with the hassle of calling Intuit Support once since the migration and am happy to be able to work on other problems.
